Super Eagles of Nigeria who are three time African champions have arrived Russia for their campaign at the FIFA 2018 World Cup tournament.
Gernot Rohr's men arrived Russia from Austria at exactly 9pm Nigerian time on Monday night, June 11, after a 3 hours flight.
Super Eagles senior official Pascal Patrick confirmed the arrival of the Super Eagles of Nigeria in Russia to NAIJ.com stressing that the players are ready to make Nigerians proud.
'We have arrived Russia safely and we thank God and also all Nigerians for their prayers. The players are all in good form and ready for the tournament,'' Patrick said to NAIJ.com.

Super Eagles have never won the World Cup before, and they are in Group D for this year's tournament where they will face Argentina, Croatia and Iceland.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Croatia who are the Super Eagles of Nigeria first opponents at the 2018 FIFA World Cup named their first eleven squad that will faceNigeria on Saturday, June 16.
According to the report by Croatian website, Index.hr, coach Zlatko Dalic will put striker Mario Mandzukic in front against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic and Real Madrid star Luka Modric will be in the midfield for Croatia in what is expected to be a tough battle.
