Kendrick Lamar
Kendrick Lamar had to shut down a fan for saying the N-word at a recent show.
While headlining Alabama’s Hangout Music Festival on Sunday (May 20), K-Dot invited a white female fan named Delaney on stage to help him with the lyrics to “m.A.A.d. city.” But when it came time to rap the chorus, she didn’t hesitate to use the N-word, prompting boos from the crowd.
“Am I not cool enough for you?” the seemingly puzzled fan asked before Kendrick informed her of the problem.
You gotta bleep one single word,” he said, before she apologized for her mistake. “Oh, I’m sorry, did I do it? I’m so sorry.”
Despite the crowd’s disapproval, the “HUMBLE.” MC gave Delaney another shot, but she wasn’t able to redeem herself and he had to boot her from the stage.
“
It’s over,” said Kendrick.
